Can I resell my bib?

Yes, you can resell your bib directly through the secure platform Swika for sold‑out races only: MORE INFO.

Access the official Swika platform to put your bib up for sale and officially withdraw from the race.

Bib submissions on Swika are allowed until 22 October 2026 at 9:00 am.

Important information:
Bib resale is only possible for sold‑out races and according to the pricing defined on the platform. Only the bib itself can be resold; additional options (shuttle, etc.) will be cancelled. If the buyer wishes to benefit from these options, they will need to purchase them separately. Bib purchases are only possible until 22 October 2026 at midday. The buyer must have completed their personal information by this deadline.

Information for the buyer or person taking over your bib:

Bib resale does not include insurance. Insurance does not transfer to the new bib holder.
Purchasing a bib implies acceptance of the event regulations.
If you buy a bib from a registered runner, you will not be able to subscribe to cancellation insurance or obtain a refund if you cannot participate. It will also not be possible to resell a bib purchased on Swika. This is not an organisational choice but a technical constraint of the registration system.

Is there a finisher medal?

Yes, a medal will be awarded to all finishers of the Marathon, Half Marathon, and 14 km Race. Made of wood and manufactured in France, this medal reflects our eco‑responsible approach, highlighting local craftsmanship and sustainable materials.

Can I transfer my bib?

Yes, you can transfer your bib free of charge directly from your personal account.

If you can no longer take part but have a friend who wishes to run the same race, you can initiate the bib transfer by following the steps below:

Log in with your credentials to access your personal account.
Transfer your bib by entering the email address of the person who will receive it in the dedicated field, then click on “Transfer my registration”. That person will receive an email with a link inviting them to claim your bib.

Important information:
Bib transfers are only possible if the Be Ticketing insurance has not been activated.
The bib transfer is free; however, the registration system only transfers the bib itself, not any additional options (shuttle, etc.). These options will therefore be cancelled. If the person receiving the bib wishes to benefit from options (shuttle, etc.), they will need to purchase them separately. Bib transfers are possible until 22 October 2026 at midday. The person receiving the bib must have completed their information by this deadline.

Taking over a bib implies acceptance of the event regulations.
If you receive a bib from a registered runner, you will not be able to subscribe to cancellation insurance, nor obtain a refund if you cannot participate. This is not an organisational choice but a technical limitation of the registration system.

Can I cancel my registration?

According to the event regulations, Article 6 (CLICK HERE), you may cancel your registration under the following conditions:

A/ Using your cancellation insurance (Be Ticketing insurance)
The organisation does not issue any refunds in the event of cancellation. Only participants who subscribed to this insurance at the time of registration may request a refund. Please note that refunds are processed according to the insurer’s terms and conditions.

How does the Be Ticketing cancellation insurance work?

This Be Ticketing cancellation insurance must be purchased at the time of online registration.
If you subscribed to this insurance during registration, simply log in to your personal space or refer to the contract received by email at the time of registration to access the refund request link and follow the insurer’s instructions.

Please note: If you submit a refund request, your registration will be automatically cancelled and the insurer will handle your compensation. Once the request is submitted, the organisation cannot track the progress of your refund and cannot reinstate your registration.

B/ Participants who did not subscribe to cancellation insurance and do not wish to transfer or resell their bib
Anyone who did not subscribe to this cancellation insurance at the time of online registration will not be eligible for any refund in the event of cancellation.

How can I modify my registration (enter my PPS/QS number, change my reference time, etc.)?

Your online registration file can be accessed via the link provided in your registration confirmation email. You can update your information until 22 October at midday.

Where can I register and until when?

Registration is available online only via the REGISTER page.
It remains open until all spots are filled and will close on 22 October at midday. No on-site registration will be possible.

Can I change my race?

Yes, it is possible to switch to another race, depending on availability. To request a change, please send us your request by email via the Contact page of our website:

What is included in my registration?

How can I check the status of my registration (confirm that I am registered, check that my health document is validated, etc.)?

You can check the status of your registration by going to the platform, under the “Entry list” tab:

Several situations may occur:

“Registered” column
- : You are registered. You can now check the “Status” column.
- : You are not registered, usually following a bib transfer or a cancellation request.

“File status” column
- : Your file is complete.
- : Your file is incomplete. Go to your personal registration page using the link received in your confirmation email, check the “File status” section and follow the instructions.
- : Your file has been cancelled, meaning you are no longer registered.

If your name does not appear in the list at all, it means you are not registered. Once your registration is validated, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes. Remember to check your spam folder as well.
