The choice of shoes depends on the terrain of each event:
- Marathon: with around 30% trails and 70% road, we recommend comfortable road-running shoes that still provide decent grip on unpaved sections.
- Half Marathon: the course includes 25% trails and 75% road. Versatile road shoes or “road‑to‑trail” models (suitable for both asphalt and stable paths) are ideal.
- 14 km Race: with 65% trails and 35% road, opt for light trail shoes offering stability and traction while remaining comfortable on asphalt.
Whatever your choice, make sure to wear shoes you have already tested during training to avoid any surprises on race day.
