Yes, you can transfer your bib free of charge directly from your personal account.
If you can no longer take part but have a friend who wishes to run the same race, you can initiate the bib transfer by following the steps below:
- Log in with your credentials to access your personal account.
- Transfer your bib by entering the email address of the person who will receive it in the dedicated field, then click on “Transfer my registration”. That person will receive an email with a link inviting them to claim your bib.
Important information:
Bib transfers are only possible if the Be Ticketing insurance has not been activated.
The bib transfer is free; however, the registration system only transfers the bib itself, not any additional options (shuttle, etc.). These options will therefore be cancelled. If the person receiving the bib wishes to benefit from options (shuttle, etc.), they will need to purchase them separately. Bib transfers are possible until 22 October 2026 at midday. The person receiving the bib must have completed their information by this deadline.
Information for the person receiving the bib:
- Taking over a bib implies acceptance of the event regulations.
- If you receive a bib from a registered runner, you will not be able to subscribe to cancellation insurance, nor obtain a refund if you cannot participate. This is not an organisational choice but a technical limitation of the registration system.
