According to the event regulations, Article 6 (CLICK HERE), you may cancel your registration under the following conditions:
A/ Using your cancellation insurance (Be Ticketing insurance)
The organisation does not issue any refunds in the event of cancellation. Only participants who subscribed to this insurance at the time of registration may request a refund. Please note that refunds are processed according to the insurer’s terms and conditions.
How does the Be Ticketing cancellation insurance work?
- This Be Ticketing cancellation insurance must be purchased at the time of online registration.
- If you subscribed to this insurance during registration, simply log in to your personal space or refer to the contract received by email at the time of registration to access the refund request link and follow the insurer’s instructions.

Please note: If you submit a refund request, your registration will be automatically cancelled and the insurer will handle your compensation. Once the request is submitted, the organisation cannot track the progress of your refund and cannot reinstate your registration.
B/ Participants who did not subscribe to cancellation insurance and do not wish to transfer or resell their bib
Anyone who did not subscribe to this cancellation insurance at the time of online registration will not be eligible for any refund in the event of cancellation.
